HMRTC was incorporated on 24.03.2012 and its registered office is situated in Panchkula, Haryana. At present Metro lines of more than 40.605 kms are operational in Gurugram, Faridabad, Bahadurgarh and Ballabhgarh and the cities are well connected with Delhi.

2. Contribution of funds for Metro projects by State Government and its agencies.
The State Government has decided that the funds for Metro projects being executed by DMRC in Haryana may be contributed by the State Government and its agencies in the following ratio:-
The Cabinet in its meeting held on 01.06.2017 has approved the revised funding pattern of Metro projects in Haryana i.e. State Share 18 percent and infrastructure Development Fund share 82 precent.
